Ingredients
8 slices whole meal bread
300 g sliced Turkey (can be left over turkey).
2 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
200ml Gravox Chrissie Gravy (follow cooking instructions on pack)
50g tasty Cheese, grated
Olive oil cooking spray
Potato crisps,toserve
Instructions
  1. Preheat a sandwich press or jaffle maker.
  2. Place 4 slices bread on a board. Spread cranberry sauce equally across the 4 slices then top with sliced turkey, gravy, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Sandwich together with remaining bread. Lightly spray both sides sandwiches with oil.
  3. Place both sandwiches in the sandwich press. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden. Serve with crisps.
