Cook macaroni in a saucepan of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain. Set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour. Cook stirring, for 1-2 minutes or until bubbling. Remove from heat. Gradually whisk in milk. Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in Gravox Cheese Finishing Sauce and 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese. Season well with salt and pepper.
Place egg in a large bowl, whisk slightly. Stir in macaroni and coat well. Add bacon and cheese sauce, stir well to combine. Spoon into muffin tins. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes in tin before removing. Serve with extra Gravox Cheese Finishing Sauce if required.
