Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook beef for 2-3 minute each side in batches. Remove and set aside. Return pan to stove, reduce heat to medium. Add onions and garlic and cook stirring for 3-5 minutes or until soft. Add curry paste, tomatoes and beef stock. Stir to combine. Return meat to pan.
Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, covered for 1 ½ hours or until beef is tender.
Remove lid, increase heat to medium and add GRAVOX Traditional Gravy Powder. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until thickened. Add brown sugar and lemon juice, stir to combine.
Serve with curry topped with yoghurt and mint leaves. Serve with rice.
