- Heat Oil in large frying pan. Cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir in curry powder and cook a further minute.
- Add meat and make sure it is coverd in the curry powder mix.
- Add tomatoes, beef stock and sultanas and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour or until beef is tender.
- Remove lid, increase heat to medium and add GRAVOX Traditional Canister Gravy Powder. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, or until thickened. Serve with rice, minted yoghurt fruit chutney, fresh coriander and mint.
TIP: You can use sliced dried apricots instead of sultanas.
