Method
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown chicken. Add green shallots and cook until soft. Add garlic and stir. Place in a casserole dish.
- Pour over chicken stock and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Add vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Sprinkle in GRAVOX Traditional Canister Gravy Powder and stir until sauce thickens.
TIP: You can buy a whole chicken and cut it into 8 pieces for this recipe.
