Preheat the oven to 240°C.
Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and when hot, sear the beef fillet, browning on all sides.
Remove the beef from the pan and place in a small roasting dish. Roast for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in the same pan as the beef was seared in, add the Gravox Sauce and the cream. Heat very gently.
In a pot of boiling water, blanch the green onions for one minute then add the green beans and asparagus. Cook for one minute longer then drain.
Remove the beef from the oven and cover with foil. Leave to rest for five minutes.
Meanwhile, plate the greens.
Slice the beef onto plates and top with a generous serve of sauce.
