Fish In Creamy Mushroom Sauce

ingredients

  • 20g butter
  • 150g oyster mushrooms
  • 100g button mushrooms
  • ½ cup (125mL) white wine
  • ½ cup (125mL) water
  • ½ cup (125mL) milk
  • 4 tblsp Gravox White Canister Sauce
  • 500g boneless white fish fillets, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives

method

Melt butter in a frypan, add mushrooms and cook until soft.

Stir in wine, water, milk and Gravox White Sauce. Bring to the boil, stirring.

Add fish and simmer covered for 10 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.

Stir through chives.
