Fish With Lemon, Pinenut & Pepper Sauce

ingredients

  • 4 x fish steaks or cutlets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tsp thinly sliced lemon rind
  • 4 tbsp pinenuts
  • ½ cup (125mL) milk
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Gravox White Canister Sauce
  • ½ cup (125mL) water

method

Grill fish until cooked through, set aside keep warm.

Melt butter in a small saucepan, sauté lemon and pinenuts for 1 minute.

Add milk, water, Gravox White Sauce and pepper. Bring to the boil stirring, reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.

Serve poured over fish.
